I have gotten my popcorn from this location for a couple of years. The turnaround is consistently great. The cheese popcorn is usually good too. It didn’t taste the same as in recent years. The cheese flavor is unique to Karmelkorn, so I am not sure if it changed. Air has also gotten into the bag so the first few bites were stale. But I didn’t finish the bag because the flavor was right.
All in all, customer service is always awesome. I may try the order again in hopes that it was just an off day.

Glad I ordered the Cheesekorn and the Twisterkorn in the family pak. The flat rate UPS shipping was cheaper than me driving 800 miles round trip, but if I make it down that way, I'd stop to load up.

Since KK is no longer available in Chicagoland, I have to order this online. It tastes the same as I remember from years ago in the local shopping malls. I REALLY miss getting it near home, but at least I can still get it.

I have been a customer since the early years in Boston at Fanueil Hall. Now, I buy online from Kansas. Although living in Los Angeles, there are no local stores - unbelievable! No one makes better KarmelKorn Popcorn. You should be in every mall.
Ordered a Double Family Pak and had delivered. Received very timely and was as fresh and as I remembered it to be. The only way it could have been any better would yo have been warm out of the Kettle. Will be ordering again.
